    Visglobal is a service provider, we process the application, but do not issue visas or E-passports.

  • How long will payment and application remain valid?

    Passport application and payment remain valid for ONE(1) YEAR from date of payment. Vias application and payment remain valid for SIX(6) MONTHS from date of payment. All confirmed orders are usually processed within 24hrs. However payments made made via payonner option are usually confirmed and processed with 24hrs

  • Is it guaranteed that I will receive my visa or E-passport by a certain date?

    Visglobal ensures timely payment for E-passport or visa. it is at the discretion of the embassy to issue them at a certain time.

    A full refund is applicable for credit/debit card payments, if your credit/debit card was used fraudulently. E-Passport application and payment remain valid for ONE(1) YEAR from date of payment. Visa application and payment remain valid for SIX (6) MONTHS from date of payment.
